Overview
LOST or DAMAGED: We will 100% refund any lost or damaged orders. If your order has been lost in the mail, and your tracking number does not show that your order has been delivered, then contact us for a full refund. If your order was damaged by the carrier during delivery, simply return the items and you may choose between a replacement order or a full-refund.
UNSATISFIED: Just like the other e-commerce websites and brands, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30-days from your shipped date for a full refund of your purchase price. Please return the unsatisfied items in the same condition that you received them. While we offer refunds within 30-days for any order, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund if an account has an excessive history of claiming lost, damaged or unsatisfied orders.

Refunds
REFUND PAYMENT: After your returned order is received and verified, a refund will be issued through your original payment method. If that method is no longer available to you, then your refund may be issued in store credit.
REFUNDING SALE ITEMS: If you purchased and returned an item that was on sale or discounted lower than its current listed price, your will be refunded for the same amount that you originally paid.
Exchanges
We replace items that are damaged on a 1-for-1 basis. See LOST or DAMAGED in the overview.
Shipping returns
After you contact us to begin your return, we will email you the return address to send the items.
Any shipping costs that you pay for returned items will be given back to you as store credit, as soon as the returned items are received by us.
If you are returning expensive items or a large order, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service so that you can also view when your return as arrived back to us.
